Meet Jen Sutton
Owner and event producer
Jen began her career in the events industry at a young age by working at nearby wedding venues off the Northern California Coast. Eager to learn the ins and outs of the events industry, she explored several opportunities, fulfilling the roles of a catering assistant, front-of-house manager, event coordinator, and even florist.
After college, she continued her journey within the hospitality industry and in true Silicon Valley fashion, worked her way through Apple and several start-ups, growing her experience in leadership, team management, and event production while simultaneously planning private intimate gatherings for several prominent Bay Area families.
In 2016, Jennifer began her entrepreneurial journey by starting her own event planning company, One Fine Day Events. Shortly after, she built her first mobile bar, and at last

Surrounded by her team of industry-trained bartenders, mixologists, event planners, and hosts, she curates cocktail experiences bespoke to her clients’ needs.
Known for redefining the bar and beverage experience, she now has her eyes set on event production. With the founding of Darling Hospitality, she partners with world-class event planners to produce elevated outdoor events, celebrating all Northern California has to offer.
When she’s not celebrating the art of gathering, you can find her by the Capitola beach with her loving husband Mark and darling daughter Emma.
