In my previous life as an event planner, I found it difficult to find independent bartenders whose work ethic and presentation reflected the investment made by my clients. It is important to me that the quality of our work matches the quality of the investment made by the client and fellow vendor teams, and that we find a good balance between skilled mixologists with industry experience and an attentive aesthetic that reflects California at its best.
